Carl is the engineering and design mastermind behind the Engel Fire. He makes sure that every single Engel Fire meets very high levels of manufacturing standards and quality workmanship. Carl is constantly looking at ways to further improve design and usability so spends many hours researching and testing. Fortunately, that involves plenty of wood fired cooking sampling. As they say "It's a dirty job but someone's got to do it!".
Jude Engel
Jude is the business brain behind Engel Fires. Jude is reponsible for all the strategic bits - the marketing direction, the accounts side, dealing with clients, ensuring the staffing levels are spot on and she coordinates the Engel Fires presence at events. And that's just scratching the surface of what Jude does on a daily basis. Jude looks forward to hearing from you and helping you to enjoy your Engel Fire.
Michael Van de Elzen
Michael is a well known Chef, Author, Restaurateur, TV Celebrity and healthy food advocate. His programme, The Food Truck has screened in over 20 countries including Australia where the third series is about to screen. The Food Truck cookbooks have been reprinted several times and he is busy creating healthy recipes for his Good From Scratch project. The team at Engel Fires is very proud to have Michael as a fan and ambassador.
